I showed up without an appointment with an indicator light to add oil. The shop was busy and it was two days before Christmas. Within 10 minutes, I was helped and taught how to find the oil level through my car’s menu system. The perfect amount of oil was added and I was sent on my way in cheery fashion. It was a kind and stress relieving Christmas present done with careful precision.

Great Shop, took my car in to look at an issue with the washer fluid and they had it fixed within 5 minutes, didn't charge. Will be bring my car here for future repairs. PJ was friendly with the customer service, great, friendly, local shop.

Outstanding customer service, communication and speed of service was topnotch. I have been driving for over 20 years and have used small auto repair shops to dealership service centers never have I experienced such stellar service at a reasonable price. I will use Canal Auto clinic for all my future vehicle maintenance needs.

Please do not take your car to Canal Auto. I went in for a quick oil change. I came to pick up the car to find out it had been hit on the side of the garage. I totally understand that mistakes happen and it seemed like he had a plan to get my car back to new. Things changed quickly when I asked where he was taking my car and he refused to tell me. I asked for pictures and he said I'll see it in person when I come to pick it up. So two days later I picked up the car to find a patch job on a deep scratch from hitting the garage. I told him this was unacceptable and he told me to sue him and get out. I ended up getting my car fixed by Rotary Collision in Sandwich. (They're amazing!) Fast forward 2 months and my oil light comes on. After taking my car to a reputable establishment, I am told

This is the best mechanic I have ever been to. Reasonably priced, honest and friendly customer service, and all around amazing experience (especially compared to some of the other chain mechanics who overcharge - never with these guys). I recently got my car inspected and it was a flawless experience! José was quick to get me checked in and got my car all checked out with a brand new sticker in no time. Although a heads up it is cash only, but at these prices (only 35 for the inspection) cash only is no big deal in my opinion. I would highly recommend coming here especially if you’re looking to avoid the hassle and high prices of other mechanics on Cape.
