Candido's Towing & Repair

I am not sure what his name was but I was in an accident on the on ramp to London today, I accidentally got over too far and my running board caught a flatbed semi trailer. A guy driving one of these company trucks pulled over, got out his tools and removed the broken running board and told me a good place to have it fixed. He wouldn’t take any money and told me to just take care of myself and have a good day. I just want to say thank you again. It meant more than you know. This is an honest company

Great service and very decent timing. Victor was great driver, very polite and respectful and also very knowledgeable. I really appreciate that he came out in this rainy weather and did a great job. Also the dispatcher who was very helpful and patient deserves his own praise. I can’t speak on the pricing since don’t have much experience with it but it didn’t feel like I’m being ripped off.

Was going to leave a 4 star, because they guy driving the yellow truck had no idea what was going on he kept calling someone else to figure out what he was supposed to do on the call. But Payton came along and redeemed the 5 star for yall. He Got here and replaced the part and made sure everything was in tip top shape, had me going in about 20 minutes. Great worker

My grandfather hauls gravel for a living, working every single day gets him around $600 a week. He got stuck today and couldn’t get his truck out, it wasn’t anything major like a flip or anything but please explain to me why it took the employee longer to get his tools and equipment ready to attach to the truck than it did to pull the truck out and charged him $700. Spending over half a grand for a 2 minute service. This is pitiful, we genuinely have to pay to live.

DO NOT recommend this company. My brother needed a mechanic and we called them and the "mechanic" didn't even bring tools, he just came to look at the truck and told him he needed to call a tow truck, that they couldn't fix it. So we ended up calling the tow truck . Ended up paying $350 for the "mechanic" to come look and $775 for the tow truck. Only call them if you need a tire changed or a tow.
