What a wonderful experience at Candy Custom Collision (Cartersville) I had taken my car for repair. Dee was such an exceptional employee…explaining how the repair would be done, handling paperwork with insurance &. coordinating car rental & keeping me updated during repair. She gave an estimate of time for completion and assured I would be called if repair was done earlier. It was done earlier —the car looked as if I was just pulling off Honda’s lot as a new car. Though the situation has been different every time, the candy apple crew has taken fantastic care of me and my family in every scenario! Be it fighting with insurance to get me a rental, offering to hold my baby while I got my belongings out of my car, or repairing my car perfectly for amazing prices (even taking the time to fix the decorative eyelashes on my headlight!)
