We've been here twice now. The first time my wife brought the BMW in and I was impressed by how they treated her. The second time I brought it in and they were great. Super friendly and quick. A *good* honest mechanic is hard to find, but this guy is the real deal!

He genuinely listens to your concerns, takes the time to explain the repairs in detail—including what’s needed, how long it will take, and what it will cost—and he’s always honest and transparent with pricing. Compared to other shops I’ve tried, Felipe stands out not just for his integrity but for the quality of work. Many places either overcharge or struggle to get the job done right. Felipe and his team are absolute pros—you can trust them to treat your vehicle like their own. A huge thank-you to Felipe for the fantastic work on my Ford F-150. I am very Satisfied with Canelo Auto Service. Canelo's has shown to be super efficient, friendly, and ready to work with you to get the job done! I was able to send my car in, have it looked at, and get the proper issue and solution all within a speedy timeframe given I needed my car for work. Canelo's have excellent customer service and they have shown me that they will get the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible. Canelo's definitely brings that all at a great reasonable price. This is truly one of the best places to go to for auto work.

Great service, time and cost exactly as promised when replacing engine. Explained better than the 2 other places I visited what is wrong and how to avoid in the future with GDI engines. Happy with the cost and simplicity. Dealing directly with the owner is nice since no added hoops, process or waits. Planning on staring here next time I need any service, big or small. While doesn't have the large staff and waiting room of a chain repair place you can feel good that a non-mechanical type will get good options and advice directly from those doing the work and not just the corporate-approved answer that maximized their profit.

I can’t put into words the professionalism and honesty I was given. This place isn’t about money, it’s about quality and kindness. If I could give 10 stars I would. They fixed my issue immediately and I should’ve been charged at-least 2x more than I paid for. It’s hard to find good mechanics in this economy, and I’ll be coming here for years to come.
