After a long drive from my previous state to my current one, I encountered a frustrating issue: my front lip, attached to the front bumper, had partially detached. Half of it became entangled with the under cover connected to the fender lining. Following three days of long-distance driving, I started hearing concerning noises. Luckily, I stumbled upon a shop while passing through. I explained my situation and concerns, and Mary was incredibly helpful, showing genuine empathy. Despite it being late in the evening and the shop being busy, Mary relayed the information to her husband, Grant, who made sure to discuss everything with me to ensure we were on the same page. While waiting, hoping it wasn't a major issue, Mary introduced me to Maxwell, their adorable French Bulldog! He was so cut

Grant and his team are upfront and honest, which is sad to have to say due to so many shops out there looking to make a living off one customer. I will continue to use Cannon as long as he'll take me and my projects!

After spending $8000 on repairs including a new engine my husband had his truck back one week and the check engine light came on. Took it back and he was told it was the catalytic converter and it would be $1200 to replace it. I’m clearly not a mechanic, but it seems odd to me that this wasn’t found previously when they did the diagnostic testing and repairs were done based on that information. This place was highly recommended but our experience has been very frustrating.
