Addison putting the integrity in the name Integrity First Automotive!!! We were having serious issues with our vehicle—anything from the head gasket to the fuel injectors or even the transmission. I called Addison to schedule a time for him to take a look, and during that call, he did something rare: instead of taking advantage of my uncertainty and charging me for diagnostics or repairs, he recommended we contact the dealership due to a warranty extension he knew about for our make and model. Sure enough, the issue was covered, and the dealer replaced the fuel injectors at no cost. Addison earned our trust from that moment on. Always meant to write a review for you man, you took care of my family's vehicle when we were going through a very tough time. I gotta tell y'all Addison knows his stuff, and where most folks were doing really superficial fixes, Addison realized what the issue was and got it taken care of the first time. It was a little pricey but hey you get what you pay for (he did custom work on our harness!) and I really appreciated the work. We never had that problem with that vehicle again and it's still running, and that was 8 years ago!

In this day and age, it's hard to find an automotive shop that's not only jonest, but has INTEGRITY. Adison has worked on our two vehicles. Not only do they run smoothly, but his quotes and prices are extremely honest and fair. People are holding onto their vehicles longer due to the cost of new ones, and dealerships charge an arm and a leg for service. We will not be taking our service anywhere else except to INTEGRITY FIRST AUTOMOTIVE. Our 2011 Toyota Tundra and 2014 Buick Encore are running smoothly.
