I live 2.5 hours away from Oxford and had been working with Cannon on purchasing a used 2021 Lexus. I was told in a text message that the interior and exterior “were in perfect condition.” Based on this information, I negotiated a deal and rented a car to drive to the dealership. It was late in the day so a hotel room was also rented, with an agreement to pick the car up early the next morning. Used cars will have some dings but nothing prepared me for what I saw when I got to the dealership. The car was being washed when I arrived so I waited almost an hour for that to be done.
