First of all THEY SAVED ME MONEY!!! Easily would’ve cost me $50 to take it elsewhere. Second, Incredible customer service at Midas today. Exceptional staff and wonderful attention to detail here. Definitely glad I came in and they got me all set quicker than expected. Can’t believe how thorough their team in taking the time to notify you of all issues! Never had so much organization in delivering information.

My daughter took her car in to Midas today at 9am because she had a bad battery. Midas provided excellent service! The staff was extremely professional, especially Ashley and Chastity, and clearly explained the services the car needed which was appreciated. I appreciated how they were so willing to answer my questions They finished the work in a timely manner and had the car done and ready for pickup by 12:30pm. Midas offers reliable car with a professional staff and transparent services!

Wow! Jason helped me out and Anthony back in the shop took good care of my car. I had absolutely no idea they’ve only been open 2 weeks! Their professionalism had me thinking they’ve been open for years! I’d come again if I didn’t live 6 hours away 😂

I had a great experience. I was able to get an appointment the same day that I called. And although I don’t know the service provider’s name that took care of my vehicle he did a good job. I was also thoroughly surprised at the details given in my digital inspection of my vehicle with photo references. The front desk ladies were so kind and kept me and my rambunctious 3 year old entertained while we waited! If that wasn’t enough, Tony called me the very next day to see if I was happy with my service. Yes, I absolutely was completely satisfied with the service, thanks guys!

I arrived at 4:30, just 30 minutes before close big time on a Saturday evening with a screw in my tire. They patched it and had me back rolling before 5:00. Great fast service.
