CantaMia at Estrella - Taylor Morrison

I had purchase a home and was looking forward to moving in . Unfortunately, my daughter died 2 months before closing . It was devastating and she died a short distance from the area . I could not drive by there each time I went to the area . I had to leave the state because it was too traumatic to be there . My realtor explained my situation. Unfortunately, Taylor Morrison could careless . They kept my deposit . I was told by higher management that I broke the contract and I loss my deposit . But my mental health and watching my daughter die , is not worth it. I would be reminded daily on such a loss is not a quality of life . Its too bad that people do not understand that losing a child is the worse thing a parent can experience. The cost of a funeral was large . I thought that Taylor

We had an amazing and very positive experience working with Greg Ellis at CantaMia - Taylor Morrison. He provided a weekly update of our home (photos included) and never missed a week! The Super Intended, Alan, was most helpful and resolved any building issues we had within a day or two. Highly recommend building a home in this community!

This place is supposed to have a restaurant but it's rarely open or staffed. It's very expensive for what they offer.

This is an active community filled with friendly, fun people. Landscaping is beautiful and well-kept as well as the indoor and outdoor pools. Our art studio is enjoyed by many and so is the clubhouse. We couldn't be happier in our retirement life.

Beautiful Active Adult community with many amenities. We visited and looked at the model homes and community in October of 2020. Everyone we met was very friendly and had many positive things to say about living here. We visited over 10 different 55+ communities during our visit to the Phoenix area, and this one just felt like a great fit for us.
