Joe handled one of our stuck service trucks in a field with professionalism and promptness. Efforts and attempts took place from one afternoon to the next morning. After trying without success the first time around, a better plan was arranged for the morning and Joe brought a tracked skid steer out to recover the truck. The persistence paid off and he was able to retrieve the truck and get it back on impervious grounds! Thanks to the dedication on this recovery and overall great service his company provided! If ever the occasion comes up again if our beaver trapping ends up in the ditch, we know who to call!
After I had been waiting OVER 4 hours for a tow truck via AAA, they responded to me saying they couldn’t secure a tow truck service for me! My husband called around and the best pricing was Canton Towing and Recovery!! Thankful for the professionalism and care Joe showed us! He arrived within an hour got us hooked up and on the road. Joe, called me back quickly and facilitated the delivery of my vehicle!!! As part of the prep and load process, Joe used ramp supports to give my car a bit more height to avoid damaging my car. Joe was courteous, professional, and timely in delivering my vehicle. I even got a call once my car was delivered!!! amazing service!! they showed up really quickly and were very helpful and considerate, they even made room for me in the cab which I appreciated, and walked me thru anything id need help with like getting insurance reimbursement, I think it only took a total of 30 minutes from when I called them to when my car was dropped off at my auto shop so I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a tow company! id give them more than 5 stars if I could
