Heritage Collision

The shop was very responsive and understanding of the situation once I got my insurance and claim number involved. I read a lot of good and bad reviews on here but a lot of factors can delay the process of fixing one’s car. We live in a time of ups and downs but if it wasn’t for heritage collision taking the reigns with my insurance and getting the quotes and estimates it would put the problem on me to find another repair shop. Yes they did a great job on the repair and communication was key. Mike did a great job but I only just got back the car. The timeline was over a week for me. I will comment on this post in a couple weeks if there is feedback on things that might have been missed. For now the car looks great in the pics below. Thank you again for all the help.

Heritage collision did a great job repairing my vehicle after a minor crash. The staff was very communicative throughout the process and my car was ready in a timely manner. The staff was also very friendly. I worked with Mike and he was great.
