Most recently, when my car was totaled, they went above and beyond to help me navigate the insurance process - something they didn’t have to do, but did anyway because they genuinely care about their customers. The folks at Cape Auto Body could not have been nicer. The woman who took my info at the front desk, and Kevin, the tech who worked on my truck, were great. There was a long scratch along the rear quarter of my truck. Kevin got it out and it looks like new! Also, while waiting in the sitting area when Kevin assessed the damage to my truck, I observed other staff assisting customers. You can see right away that customers are treated with respect and honesty here.

My wife's car ended up at Cape Auto after an accident. Although determined to be a total loss and there was no work to be done on the car, Matt Pennucci and the team patiently walked us through the process of what to expect, etc. We had never had an accident claim before, so were somewhat unsure, but were very comfortable with the process. They even discussed having an independent appraiser check to make sure the offer received from the insurance company was fair, which we did and it resulted in an additional $1,400 settlement offer from the insurance company even after the independent appraiser fee. Very trustworthy, will take future needs here for sure.

Excellent customer service. Super friendly and helpful front office managers. Efficient service. Perfect repair and in a timely manner. I feel they treated me like a valued customer and went out of their way to give me the most cost effective service. I had never been to Cape Cod Collision before and will highly recommend to others! 5 stars!

Very fast service here. Had my car checkednout for some minoy paint damage, they buffed and finished it in less than half an hour. Very friendly people and service. Definitely recommend if you need bpdy work done!
