Capital Cadillac of Atlanta Service Center

I love coming here for the customer service and waiting area. The restroom and facility is very clean. The reason why I rate this place a 2 is the constant lying. My service advisor attempted to add on a tire rotation that was not in my schedule request. When he asked my answer was no, just a oil change and multi point inspection. After my appointment was complete he mentioned I needed two tires. WHAT I NEEDED IS WIPER FLUID BUT THAT REQUEST WAS COMPLETELY IGNORED. I WILL NOT BE GETTING TWO TIRES FROM YOU ALL. EVERYTIME I GET A OIL CHANGE I GET A MULTI-POINT INSPECTION, its free. This is my 4th oil change here. I mentioned 3 times during my visit to assure the service crew put WIPER FLUID IN THE CAR. I come here for every service need and worked with one other service advisor. The only thing keeping this service center together is Zach. I would not be visiting this dealership at all after all I have been through if it wasn’t for Zach and Kenneth , there is now way I would be coming back! The 5 stars is for Zach and Kenneth.

Work ordered and paid for was never done even though the service advisor assured me if the service tech said it was done it was done, but it wasn't. Tire rotation ordered and paid for: NOT DONE. Wheel alignment ordered and paid for, NOT DONE, BUIT i WAS ASSURED IT WAS. A blind person could see the same front tires still on the front and not the back. How is an alignment job done on a front end that was never touched??? I ordered the cabin air filter to be changed. As the cabin air filter is behind the glove compartment box and has to be removed, how can I tell if a new air filter was actually changed and replaced with a new one, I can't unless I removed the glove box all together and remove the filter for a visual inspection. **UPDATE 11/13/24 Took my vehicle to John Thornton Cadillac, Buick, GMC, Chevy on 11/12/24. My car was repaired the SAME DAY cost me $0! The rental was covered by the dealership. They dropped me off at Enterprise and picked me up when I had to return the rental. They also washed and vacuum my car. Again my car sat at Capitol Cadillac for 5 DAYSA and NOTHING was do! My car was taken in for service on October 31st (2020 XT6). It sat for 5 days without any repairs being done (they did do an oil change). I was told a part was being order and to date I have not heard from this dealership. I was only given estimates on repairs not covered under warranty. Jason deserves a raise and a promotion! My parents car was hit in the parking lot of the hospital while my dad was in surgery. My mom also has some serious health issues so neither of them could drive once their car was ready for pickup. I live 45 minutes away and wasn’t able to get there before closing. Jason went above and beyond to help us and was able to get my parents car delivered to them so that I could still get them to their doctors appointments. He genuinely made me think that my next vehicle should be a Cadillac.
