Travis was such a pleasure to work with! He was very responsive and knowledgeable. The other week I hit a deer and he was able to put everything together (some extensive work) along with painting a new hood for me. My car looks so good and I’m so happy with the outcome! I couldn’t be more pleased with this body shop. First and foremost, the quality of their work is impeccable. A couple of months ago, I damaged my front bumper and, having never used a body shop in the area, I turned to Reddit for recommendations. I received 23 suggestions and got estimates from all of them, as well as from Caliber and my local dealership. The lowest estimate I found was around $3,500, until I contacted Capital City Auto Inc. And, for what it’s worth (which, to me, is a lot), they’re the only one I looked into that had a high BBB rating and is BBB accredited. When I called for an estimate, they explained they typically prefer to do them in person for accuracy. My car hasn't even been touched by them yet but I felt as though I needed to leave a review of my experience up to this point. I had a very scary experience with a turkey today. My son was in the passenger seat where most of the impact was sustained. *Everyone is physically ok" after feeling lost and unsure of what I needed to do I ended up at capital city and from the moment I walked in the door to the minute I was dropped off at my front door (30 mins away) by an amazing woman (still in shock totally forgot her name😖) I felt taken care of and never once was made to feel like I was being the typical woman that was just being dramatic and emotional for no reason .
