Franklinton Auto Service is my number one auto repair center. AJ worked on the charging issue and catalytic Converter issue at over $750 less than other estimates. Sherry at the front desk is a great greater and totally customer focused. I highly recommend them.

I will only take my truck here. The most honest people I ever met. They are always informative, and Sherry in the office is so sweet that she'll make anyone's day just meeting her.

Ricky, the owner is fair and honest. I say this because over the years that is how I have been treated doing business with him. If he tells you something he stands behind what he says. They are not going to price gouge or keep trying to up-sell you. Like so many other / most places do. The 1st person you meet will probably be Sherry. Great customer service skills / people friendly. She also possesses considerable automotive product knowledge. You may meet AJ, he is one of the technicians. I found him to be very professional / skilled. From time to time it can be a bit difficult to get in. A well established and trusted business, it is a busy place.

The only place I trust with my vehicles. They will call around and shop for the best price on the part you need to save you money. A great group of people work here. I never have any worries when I take my vehicle here. Feels like I'm leaving it with family. Better get there early though, the secrets out about this place. Everybody wants to take their vehicles there.
