Capital City Collision

Last week, I brought my black ford F-150 into Capital City Collision; I had used them several years back and they did a great job back then. This time, I had a large scratch down the side of rear fender and thought for sure they would be charging me a good sum of money to repaint it. Instead Joe said he would first try to have his painter buff it out. After a very short time, that long black scratch was gone along with some other scratches in that area. I was amazed. And when I offered/tried to pay them. They said ‘No Charge’. Now THAT is great service! Thank You very much Joe and your crew at Capital City Collision. I told them I’ll be back whenever my next accident happens.

Highly recommend, I wish I’d come here years ago! Now it will be my go-to spot. Joe was able to fix the trunk strut issue I’d been struggling with for months within 10 minutes. His generosity about it was next level. Very impressed, made my day!

I couldn't be more happy than the work done on my Corvette C8. I had a minor bump in the rear end that was barely visible. However the Capital Collision team found a slightly bent support bar which resulted in my trunk not closing correctly. It turned out to be over 6k in repairs. The back end had to be painted as well. Looks like brand new. They pickup the phone when you call. Customer service is over the top. Great job Capital City Collision.

I’m really glad that I came here. Their customer service was amazing. Enterprise was gonna take a while to pick me up after dropping off my car so they actually took it upon themselves to drop me off at Enterprise so I wouldn’t have to wait. Their communication was great throughout the whole process. They did an excellent job on my car and even cleaned it inside and out for me which I really appreciate.
