Kayleigh took my call for help and was so kind and helpful. She eased my mind and got me right in. Mike as always, was thorough, talking through repairs with me so that I could understand. Mike made sure I had a loaner vehicle so that I could easily get to work and he took the time to call me as my car was being repaired. I always recommend Capital City Subaru to everyone I know. Mike and Jim have always been great to work with. I will be a customer of theirs for many years to come. I love Subaru, you can’t do better!

My 2016 Outback was in for Level C 90,00 service. Joshua has always assisted in advising me which service my car needs based on years/ months since my car only has 59,900 miles on it for a 10 year old car. Very helpful. I had a loaner car for the day n was impressed with the fact it was a newer car and not something old. I actually liked the Ascent that was my loaner car. Capitol Subaru is always my place for service n I always go thru Joshua!!

Definitely better than Belknap and where I'll go for repairs. They gave me a good and fair break down, good recommendations, and clearly weren't trying to gouge or sell extra services. They weren't rude and found issues that were super obvious but that other repair places where I was getting maintenance done had simply ignored, I assume to sell me very expensive work later. Highly recommended for an honestly place to get work done. I didn't know about them before hand and, due to service at other places, had been driving down to Torrington, CT for maintenance. I'm really glad to have finally found one in-state.

I brought my Subaru Accent for a 60,000 mile routine servicing. I had a few issues with my car as well such as tire light coming on frequently with low tire pressures as well as vibrations when driving at higher speeds. They said it would take an entire day so they gave me a rental car to use. I live 45 minutes away so I drove to the Concord library and had lunch. They called me in the early afternoon and said they got behind and my vehicle wouldn't be ready that day. Mike the service advisor apologized and I understand the situation. Apparently they had to order some parts. The next day there was a snowstorm so they couldn't get the parts and as it was a Friday my vehicle wasn't ready until the next Thursday. That was fine because the loaner car was the same vehicle that I owned. Mike tex

Customer service was great. When my battery died, they accommodated me on short notice, gave me a loaner so that I could still make an important work meeting, and they were expedient and kind throughout the process. 5/5 The experience was shadowed by the fact that I learned from a friend when I got home that he had just replaced his battery on the same car for $500 less than I was charged. I feel sick to my stomach having paid $650 when someone else paid $150 on the same car, same service at a different location in town. Hard to fully trust going to Subaru for service with those kind of markups. I feel like I threw away $500.
