Nice people, but will tell you you need work done that you don’t need, prices are outrageous and they play the guessing game when it comes to fixing.my friend Went for some front end work they did a wheel bearing and charged over $600 witch doesn’t seem too outrageous. Until you get there pay and then they say you need a lower control arm for over another $600 its 3 bolts and a $79 part from Napa or $129 directly from Kia oem ball joint pressed in(in stock right down the road too). So we took the car to Sullivan on hall street they quoted under $500 for control arm AND an alignment. We get to Sullivan and they say the control arm is perfectly fine and it was the outer tie rod the whole time. Left there paying $$350 with a fixed car, no shaking and straight as an arrow. Katie is an amazing mechanic! Every time I get my car serviced at the shop I feel confident that I'm getting quality service. Katie always takes the time to explain the repairs that have been done, as well as inform me about any other upcoming repairs I should expect. If I have questions, she always takes the time to hear me out and gives me a full explanation in clear simple terms. I'm not knowledgeable about cars, so I appreciate the time Katie takes to explain and ensure that I understand what's going on. I cannot recommend Katie enough!

Katie is the bomb! She takes the time to not only tell you what’s wrong but will quite literally show and tell with you at your vehicle with parts she keeps around for that purpose to demonstrate how things should and shouldn’t be going! Katie is honest and fair in her assessments, and will take the time to make a list of priority items for repair and then explained what to expect down the road to need repair or replacement and will give a rough estimate so you can prepare financially. Katie cares about her customers not just about their cars. (And their dogs, and the dogs on walks by the shop) I highly recommend KB Automotive.

Katie’s work is excellent and she is honest beyond belief. She understands that repairs are often unexpected and will offer options if there are any available to help keep the costs down. She’s dedicated reliable and you’d probably want to invite her home for dinner when you pick up your car! Highly recommend!
