Outstanding at every level. Initial consultation prepared me to preserve the matte finish. Strongly advised me not to put the vehicle in a position to suffer stone chips, etc. until they could apply film. Finished product is spectacular. Very difficult vehicle to coat . They did just a remarkable job in every aspect.

I had the good fortune to find Norm and Shara to help with replacing PPF and apply their ceramic protection. The PPF seams on the front of my vehicle are barely noticeable as Norm takes the time to roll them. He is a master at hiding seams around curves! Shara educated me on both the PPF and ceramic coating to help me understand the investment I made. Shara and Norm were very patient with me as I had some setbacks getting my vehicle to them. When I purchase another vehicle, I’m going to see when I can fit on their schedule THEN make the purchase! If you're looking for a decent shop to get PPF installed on your car, look no further! Capital Paint Protection Film is very customer focused and results of their work are phenomenal! I recently took my brand new Mazda CX-5 Turbo Signature to Capital Paint Protection Film to perform a full front ppf installation with some additional parts covered as well. I was a bit worrying at first, as I'm very picky and I've had some negative experience with some other shop in the past... But when I saw my car after Norm worked his magic on it, I was very surprised! Super clean install! Norm wraps edges! Unlike some other installers who use pre-cuts only, Norm will wrap edges where possible, which greatly contributes to outstanding final result. I had PPF put on my 25 Tahoe. I had to wait about 6 weeks to get it into the shop to have this done, but it was definitely worth the wait! I was encouraged not to drive it until I had the film istalled to prevent any chips or bug damage. I had most of the grill, the mirrors, and the remainder of the entire front end protected back to the sunroof. I had another vehicle with PPF installed from another company, but it did not nearly meet the high quality that I received from Norm. If you have a vehicle that you want to have protected I would recommend that you follow the guidence that I received and wait before you put it on the road. If you are planning to have your vehicle protected I would highly recommend you have Capital PPF perform the work.
