Showed up on a Saturday morning with no appointment scheduled and expected to be waiting for hours due to my lack of proper planning. Jonathan was very professional, and courteous whole explaining that it may be about an hour before he could get my truck in. No problem....again, poor planning on my part. I was there just a little more than an hour total time. Jonathan explained all of my options, and discussed future services needed....all with a very positive demeanor and pleasant personality. This was, by far, the most pleasant experience I've ever had at any dealership for service or sales. Jonathan and the team at this location should be rewarded for their hard work and customer service for sure!
