They towed my Yukon because I had a warrant For a past ticket. Sheriff Call this company and told me it would probably be about $150-$200. I was fine with that. I called the company to pick up my vehicle after I was released The same day they charged me an $826 and wouldn’t budge on the price. I hope this business falls the way it should taking advantage of people when they’re already down is insan. I’m 100% sure they’re giving kickbacks to the cops too

Don't trust this place they're scummy. You leave an honest review and they try to undermine the validity of your review by stating your vehicle was impounded. All I was asking them to do was accommodate me to pick up my personal belongings after I was T-bone by another driver and I told the police department that they could tow it instead of me trying to drive it home. I needed my personal belongings before the insurance adjuster tows it away, and the only way they would accommodate me is if I paid for everything up front- even though the accident was not my fault They can try to invalidate all these bad reviews as much as they want, but it looks to me like there's a trend here🤔 Their service is trash. Worst customer service EVER! Wait what customer service? They require you to send in a copy of your DL and Proof of Insurance. They took forever ever to give me the cost of how much it would cost to get my car out. Then they ask"what time do you want to pick the car up?" I gave them a time and told me you have to call an hour before you come to schedule the appointment? Then why ask what time I would like to pick up the car? Upon arrival they still ask for your actual insurance and driver license. I started speaking with them at 8 am and there staff couldn't give me the amount I needed to pay to get my car until like 3pm. It seemed like they just wanted to hold the car for as long as they could just to make more money!

I received the best customer service I have ever had. John Ray came out to tow my car to the dealer. Instead of just putting it on the bed to tow it away he took the time to fix the latch that was stuck on the hood and jumped started my car. I no longer needed to tow it to the dealer. He saved me hundreds of dollars. Well, worth the towing price I paid for him to come out. I can’t thank you enough, Jon for being so pleasant. You made my day!!
