I was involved in a very minor traffic accident that resulted in only slight damage to my rear bumper, as shown in the attached photo. The damage was barely noticeable. I dropped off my car at this shop and specifically requested that they call me with an estimate before proceeding with any repairs. Unfortunately, neither my husband nor I received a call, and the shop proceeded with the work without our approval. The total cost to repair the bumper was $3,344.13, which I find astonishing given the minimal damage. While I used the other driver’s insurance, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of communication throughout the process. Trevor was my representative, and he went above and beyond to keep me informed, answer my questions, and ensure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. The quality of work was outstanding, and the rest of the team was just as professional, friendly, and efficient. My car looks better than ever, and the entire process was stress-free thanks to their excellent service. Highly recommend—definitely a 5/5 star experience.

I asked Capitol Auto Body to put an aftermarket spoiler on my Subaru that came with no template and they were able to make it happen. I am very pleased with the service.

This is at least my second time using Capitol for body work. The shop is responsive, professional, and took care in repairing my car. They also endeavored to make the process as easy as possible by interfacing with insurance and rental car as appropriate, and by providing regular status updates on my repair. I very much appreciated their customer focus.
