Terrible experience. I should've gone to the other International dealer. Without writing a book this was my experience. I dropped my truck off in October due to the fan not kicking on which would overheat the motor during a parked regen thus shutting it down in protection mode. I flew home to CA knowing it would be awhile. It took (3) weeks for an estimate then another (3) weeks to complete the work. As a road driver Peggy had me wire the repair estimate in advance prior to any work starting because I was not a local company. Once the repairs were completed I was told by Peggy I would need to pick this truck up within a week or incur storage fees. That call came with no notice nor was I given an ETA on when the truck repairs would be completed. After (6) weeks of downtime my truck
