Capitol Collision

I just had my car fixed at Capitol Cullision after and encounter with a deer. The customer service was very good, working with my insurance company and keeping me up to date with progress. The world of autobody work has become a very complex and tricky business with so many parts and materials required to do the job right, so I we had to be patient and prepare to wait for the right parts. The team at Capidtol Collision gets an A+ for explaining the process. Best of all, the car looks great and the insurance company covered everything except my $250.00 deductable. Thanks Capitol Collision.

Honestly, would not bring my car back here again. Brought my 2011 challenger here for a new front bumper after someone backed into it. They are an Allstate approved collision center, which is why I chose them. After the first pick up after being told the work was completed, I noticed 3 paints spots that were bad, the front bumper had a wave in it, the passenger headlight bumper was claimed to have been replaced but the part was never ordered (insurance fraud had I not caught it since they charged my insurance), clear coat over spray on the passenger quarter panel, and a spot where the new bumper was chipped and the new weather strip was cut. They did end up fixing everything noticed, but had I not noticed, or brought up the issues, they would have passed this off as complete.

I had a great experience with Capitol Collision! I hit a deer on Thursday 6/2 and was able to get my car in on Friday 6/3. Jillian was so helpful in explaining the process and approximately when my car would be done. She gave me her business card and told me to call whenever for updates (which I did)! Every time I called, staff was so informative and patient and answered all of my questions to the best of their ability. They always kept me updated with the status of my repairs. Less than 3 weeks later, my car was ready on 6/22 looking better than ever! I couldn’t have asked for better customer service and satisfaction. Hopefully I won’t need to bring my car back, but if I do, I know it’s in good hands!

I stopped in a few months ago to inquire about a bumper cover that had developed a tear - and was getting worse. The guy who came out and looked at it said - order the part and I'll put it on for you. He was so friendly and helpful and let me know this would be the cheapest way to fix this. So - I got the part from the KIA dealer and took it over to Capitol. He did it on the spot! And wouldn't take a dime. What a nice guy (KIA wanted almost 300 dollars to put in in!) Really appreciate their generosity and overall vibe. Thanks!
