Though all customer service reprentative at Capitol are exemplary, my shutout is for Gary Bennett. Besides being a gentlemen--willing to go the extra mile-- he is knowledgeable, efficient, and honest. Gary keeps his promises. When needed, he contacts engineers to get ahead the problem. Whenever I bring my Jeep Gladiator for service, I know it is in good hands.
