I had a fantastic experience at Meineke in Willimantic! I needed my brakes done, so I called ahead to schedule for a Friday, mentioning that I had to have the car back by Saturday. They finished everything by 5:00 PM that same day—super efficient and reliable. I highly recommend them for quick, quality service!

Made an appointment on line and took the truck at the scheduled time. Both John and Andrew were very professional, competent, and friendly. Steve was able to accurately diagnose the problem and recommend a repair at a very reasonable price. The work was done in a timely manner and the truck now drives like new. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for an honest auto repair shop. Great people and outstanding work.

I visited this location to have an emissions test done. I told the staff I didn’t have much time and they kindly processed my vehicle quickly. Staff was super friendly and pleasant. My daughter also takes her car for oil changes at this location and she’s never had a complaint.

I’ve been to the Meineke in Willamantic for brakes, a battery/electrical issue and tires. The prices are reasonable, if you qualify for discounts they give them to you, they address and fix the problem and unlike my experience at some Firestones, they don’t look to upsell you or advise you get unnecessarily maintenance. The mechanics are friendly and explain things to you, and they fix it right the first time at a reasonable cost and save where they can. Shoutout to Paulo, good guy, likes and is interested in his work as a mechanic, easy to deal with. Can’t ask for more.
