I want to disclose this to anyone dealing with Capital Auto Premier, LLC, this dealership. They falsely advertise the vehicles price and say that there is an additional $4,995 tacked on to the price that they will absolutely not mention over the phone. When you ask them for a cost breakdown they will tell you they’re too “busy” to assist you over the phone and that they’re with “customers” they didn’t even want to send over a carfax. We finally had a salesperson that spoke to us, Christina. She gave us a breakdown of the cost and totally left out the $4,995 that we specifically mentioned their google reviews that they bait and switch their customers and add on 5k when you get there. Edit: unfortunately I’m editing my review and dropping my review to 1 star. I financed this beautiful Jeep last March and at 144k miles I have changed the water pump 2 times and now the transmission has gone out. I went to the dealership to see if there’s anything they can do since I’m still making payments. Mind you I have NEVER been late on 1 payment. The older lady who is in there told me there’s nothing she can do and to just trade it in somewhere else. The AC has not worked since I’ve gotten the car either and the check engine light is on for a small evap leak. I was hoping she could put me into another Jeep they have on the lot but she told me no.
