I was able to find them from Carco (an inspection site locator website that my sister sent to me.) It was literally the last day I had to get my inspection done and thankfully they were able to get me in. Not only were both gentleman knowledgeable, but they were even patient and kind. I have very little knowledge of cars and I’ve had this ongoing issue with my car that no one was able to figure out. They took time out of their busy day to figure out, explain, and offer a solution to what was wrong. They even explained to me some parts of my break pads and how to make them last. I’m truly so grateful for everything they helped me with and happy to say I found a new mechanic! Absolutely recommend this place!

I chose Captan Auto after TireRack listed them as a recommended installer. While I scheduled the appointment myself, I went in with the expectation that they’d be a reputable and reliable shop based on that recommendation. Originally, I planned to drop the vehicle off at 11:00 a.m., but due to a change in my schedule, I called the day before to ask if I could bring it in right at 7:00 a.m. instead — the time they have listed as their opening hour. The person I spoke with was polite and said they’d try their best to fit me in, though they couldn’t make any guarantees. I showed up promptly at 7:00 a.m., but the shop was still closed. By 7:20 a.m., no staff had arrived yet — only the gas station attendant, who jokingly said the person “was sleeping” and would be there in five minutes. At th

I don't do a lot of reviews. But when someone does an excellent job, they deserve a good review. This repair company was recommended to me by a friend and the job they did for me was excellent. Honest work and honest pricing and everything was well, well done. No BS. I also love when a mechanic finds something wrong with your vehicle and asks you if you want to move forward with a repair or if it doesn't matter. I grew up working on cars and I appreciate that kind of back and forth. Highly recommended.

I have not used these gentlemen to repair my cars yet but I did have a tire with low air so I stopped in here to see if they had air available. I walked to the office and was greeted by Gary the owner and he noticed from the distance that I indeed had a tire with low air. The we got to chatting about muscle cars and had a great conversation. So i asked for change to use the air machine and he asked just that one tire and instructed me to pull the car up and he himself used his air hose to fill my tire. He and his brother have been here their whole life and I like supporting family owned mom and pop businesses and these guy got it right with great customer service. Good mechanics are hard to find these days but trustworthy ones are a unicorn and I believe this shop is just that.
