Never received professional service this good, when getting a vehicle worked on, in Casper. I didn't have an appointment established when I walked in, but that was no problem. They asked enough questions about the problem to get a good diagnosis(I've been to places where they asked one). This was on a 1996 Chevy pickup. Said they were a little backed up and would I mind waiting a few days. Not a problem for me. They had the truck for me the next day. I'll recommend Care Care to every one. Thanks

First impression is a professional ran shop. Mechanic showed me the problem with steering linkage so had good idea on what to expect. Cost that was quoted for work Was fair. I would recommend this shop.

We broke down on a Sunday 6 hours from home. Some fantastic Casper residents pulled over and insisted on helping. Towed us to the best place in town aka Car Care. Called first thing Monday morning, was told they would look at it on Tuesday morning. Got a call back an hour later saying the problem was diagnosed and they could fix it later that day. Was fixed and on the road Monday at noon. Cannot say enough great things after being stranded. Thank you!

You went above and beyond to communicate warranty info to me that I didn’t understand. Also you kept us updated with timeframes on the work schedule. Quality of communication is excellent and extremely appreciated!!
