5 stars to Premier Towing and Recovery out of Casper Wyoming. Dispatcher Skylan was so compassionate and understanding . Called me right back and talked me through the process . I highly recommend this company if you need towing. Thank you so much for your help .

We broke down North of Casper on Saturday afternoon, we called this number several times, which went to voicemail after a couple of rings. We ended up using someone else! We also called this morning, Monday, for another tow to a garage, from around the corner from this place. Same issue, after a couple of rings, it went to voicemail. Not impressed whatsoever!!!

I used my Roadside Assistance insurance to assist me with a flat tire. They sent Premier Towing (Jim). Jim was pleasant, polite, and efficient! He gave me an excellent referral for tire repair as well!

The best towing experience I’ve ever had. Kyle and his staff were fast and made it a priority to take good care of my vehicle. They were so kind and made a stressful situation easier to handle. If you need a tow I HIGHLY recommend!!!!!

I would like to thank Kyle of the towing company and Jim, for coming to my rescue. I was stranded out in the middle of the desert and they delivered me all the way down to Loveland Colorado, as well as helping me navigate through the incredible wasting of time with Agero in regards to getting my tow paid for.
