On top of that, he took the time to restore my foggy headlights, and now they look brand new! As a woman, it can sometimes feel intimidating dealing with car issues, but Marlin made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. Marlin is extremely unprofessional when dealing with claims adjusters and displays a disrespectful attitude, especially towards women. His lack of knowledge about insurance processes is evident, and instead of fostering a constructive working relationship, he chooses to act dismissively and rudely. Based on my experience, I would not recommend his services to anyone working with an insurance company. His behavior is unacceptable, and it’s clear that he is not someone who can be relied upon in such important matters.

Mr. Marlin and his crew got my Impala looking great. I had another hole inside my rear door panel that he went out of his way to fill in for me. He got everything done in 24 hours.
