hello id like to take the time to thank chris and diana for getting me into a nice 2019 ford fusion hybrid titanium! =) very smooth easy process to go through and get down and as well as very friendly and point blank if they can get you done or not. I was able to get done with the help of my mom but for the price and as well as the deal on this vehicle and great warranty and as well as shipping and all to me! =). If you do get a car through them please do go to chis and diana as they will go hard to bat for you to get into a car and do their best for you! i promise you wont regret it at all! =) thank you guys!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Was shopping around online for 4runners and came across one from Car City. Diana called us and told us they could work with us. I’ve got poor credit from years ago so always have trouble finding an affordable car that isn’t a run down cash car. They worked with my credit and got me into a 4runner easily. Took care of most info over the phone so the in person transaction was quick and painless. I so very much appreciate the compassion and help from these guys. Super happy with my car and will be sending anyone looking for a car their way!

Called over an hour before I was going to see the car to tell them I was coming. Got to the lot, the cars not there. The salesmen Doc I think? He was the dark skin man. Completely ignored us as we waited about an hour for the “inspection” to finish. The woman at the front is VERYYYY nice. She was talking to us and got us water. I asked how long it would be and the salesmen said “Can you follow me to the shop” Um, absolutely not. Then he proceeded to say “people usually just want to come look at the cars” sir are we selling cars here or not? I want to test drive it, as per every other car buying experience. He didn’t even try to show us any other cars while we waited, we looked on our own. WILD. I left and called 4 hours later to see if the car was back from inspection and they said it was
