Fantastic place to buy from! They're easy to work with, and have good financing options. I just bought my second vehicle from them after 11 years.

First, they asked for all of our paperwork for approval before we came in. No problem. We finally get a approval for a loan with a thousand down. But the dealer says for a extra thousand, I can get you in a better vehicle. I tell them we only have 1500 max, he says that he will cover the other 500. Later that night, they tell us it's only 39 dollars down. We come in today, and even though just a couple of days ago it was 39, now it's back to 2000 with no 500 down. They lie and manipulate facts. I have dealt with these types of car sales places, but this one is the worst. I'm taking now more than the 2,000 and paying cash, because I would rather do that, than deal with a dealer like that. They put the blame on the underwriting, but if you are a car salesman, and especially running the stor

If I could give this place negative stars I wouldn't be able to give it enough! My family and I leased a vehicle from Car City on 933 we didn't even have it for 3 months and it literally caught on fire and burned to the ground with my three kids inside of it. We hadn't even put 5,000 miles on the car when the car began to knock, we pulled over to the side of the road and the whole back end of the car was on fire. After getting my kids out safely and calling the fire department within 60 seconds the entire car was engulfed in flames. It was a total loss, burnt to the frame, so bad that the police couldn't even get the VIN number off it. We opted in to pay the warranty which covers mechanical and electrical issues with the vehicle however when the car burned down Car City told us we were res

The full process only took 20 min and they sell some very good quality used cars. I will definitely come back here again. Thank you car city. For get me back on the road.
