Car Connection

While my daughter was a student at Ct college, we needed emergency repairs and I wasn’t able to get there so I trusted them facilitating over the phone. Big mistake. Absolutely do not trust these people. When I finally got the car home and needed to do additional repairs. Took apart same area and discovered they didn’t repair anything, all old rusty parts 3 weeks after their repair. $1000 these crooks burned me for. And stole the locking lugs, leaving one stud empty. These guys are nasty, be careful

Car connection I can't say enough nice things about them. Ray is super helpful. Fair with his prices. I brought my van in the day after new years and he got it fixed fast. I'm so happy with the repairs. Van runs solid now.

Been trying to get in contact, but it appears their phone is off/not working currently

Brought my 2013 Mercedes here a few times for brake rotor, brake line, and 02 sensor replacement. When the other 02 sensor went out and I wanted to bring it back here, I was told by the owner that he has "given up" on Mercedes and they hung up on me. So much for "all makes and models" as advertised on the website. I had good experiences here before that phone call....

This is honestly a hidden gem, as far as garages are concerned. Took my car here several times when I first moved to the New London area, and then once more for a fuel pump + fuel line replacement 5 years later. Fantastic service every time. If you prefer the feel of a small shop with direct communication w/ the owner, this is the place for you. Ray Suarez is an excellent mechanic, but as others have noted, he's also kind, fair, and a straight shooter. Highly recommended.
