I shopped around for a head gasket replacement on my 2013 Prius, their quote was lower than everywhere else and were so honest about the job that when I came to pick it up the bill was an hour cheaper than the estimate because they finished it faster than expected. They really look out for the long-term interest of you and your vehicle, and don't want you spending money you don't have to. Easygoing people, too, no matter your level of car knowledge they'll be straight up with you and you'll never feel talked down to. Booth and Leete are Simon's sons who now run the shop - for those wondering why the names changed.

Best mechanics in New London in terms of honesty, politeness, good service, also they give good recommendations of what to do or where to go if they have never heard about an issue with your car after looking at it & trying to work with it (not common but can happen driving on your car). Been going to them for more than 2 years & have gone here for multiple of my cars & they never fail or lie about anything! Very comforting to talk to them as a independent woman, they are not predatory or dismissive.
