I can’t say enough good things about Car Connexion. AutoZone next door originally recommended them to me, and I’ve been going there consistently for the past three years while I’ve been in college. They’ve helped both me and my girlfriend with a wide range of mechanical work, and every experience has been excellent. Everyone there is extremely nice, honest, and trustworthy. They always have your best interest in mind, offer fair and reasonable pricing, and are willing to work with you rather than push unnecessary repairs. That kind of integrity is hard to find. I’ve trusted Car Connexion with my vehicles for three years, and I genuinely wish I could keep working with them as I move back to Maryland. Very reasonably priced as well, and they're fully upfront with the parts+labor costs before they actually begin working. This is easily the best used car lot in Knoxville. The owners Hamed and his wife treat customers like family. They are especially caring towards students. This is a one stop-shop for used car purchase, registration, maintenance - everything is done in-house for very reasonable price. The best part is that there are NO HIDDEN FEES. They go over and beyond to satisfy customers. My overwhelmingly pleasant experience here was in sharp contrast with other used car lots, which were trying to rip me off. Apart from their exceptional used car sales, they are now offering full car maintenance and repair services for very reasonable prices and a seamless experience. I highly recommend Car Connecxion to anyone who is looking for a hassle-free experience in buying used cars (or maintenance/repairs)

I highly recommend Car ConneXion. The owner(Hamed) is exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve taken my car to him for minor car repairs; so far, and in my experience, I will trust him with major car repairs because Hamed & Staff goes above and beyond to explain and visually show you the problem with your car. They are extremely fair with their pricing. I never feel taken advantage of by being over charged whenever I leave his auto repair shop. They make sure that the issue is repaired correctly!!!.
