I had a great experience at Car Craft. They completed a full brake job and transmission service on my 2021 Audi S4, and everything turned out excellent. Communication was clear throughout the process, and the work was finished right around the promised time. The quality of work was top-notch. The service writers and technicians were amazing. Stevo did an outstanding job on my car, and Jason was great to work with — professional, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

The team at Car Craft of Watkinsville was so helpful and explained everything so well, I learned a lot! They really seemed like they cared and made me very comfortable, I knew my car was in good hands with them! Tanya was especially helpful and welcoming, felt like family! And the waiting room was so comfortable and cozy too!

I would highly recommend this business. I called and they took my car and diagnosed it and I took it back the next day and they fixed it within maybe 45 minutes. (A wheel bearing issue) Brad is a great guy that explains everything and the prices are great. My car will go there from now on.
