Working with everyone at CBA was honestly really welcoming. My car has been messed up for a while and with multiple stops at different auto shops, it's been unsuccessfully repaired. I really liked the diagnostic process, they detail every aspect of your car that's good (green), not so good (yellow), and definitely needs help (red). I really appreciated this because I'm super suspicious all the time. They repaired everything as quickly as they could, dealt with the warranty people (the only reason it took a bit longer), and repaired everything properly. There was an issue where maintenance broke a sensor in my car, but they replaced immediately with no expense. This was deeply appreciated. They also have a shuttle service that will take you where you need while your car is being repaired. This is the first time I've ever going to a mechanic shop of this kind. The staff is amazing and friendly. I definitely found my mechanics in the area.
