The first time I took a vehicle here I had a good experience. This time was different. I don’t feel like the color was matched well. There are missing fasteners. Many runners in the paint, chips in the paint from removing the bumper. Gaps are off and some gaps are touching.
Car Crafters-NE did a wonderful job on repairing my damaged door. And Jacqueline Shaver was so great working with. She kept me posted on what was going on with my vehicle. Thank you Jacqueline.
I was so nervous dropping off my brand new car that was in a hit-and-run. But car crafters made me feel comfortable. They are true professions and my car looks amazing and they took very good care of it. I definitely recommend taking your car to car crafters.
Best experience with a body shop I've had. Jessica was great to work with. She was professional, easy to work with, had great communication, and was invested in making sure this was a good experience. The repair work looks great and was even ready a couple of days early.
