I got on the easy to use website, scheduled a full synthetic oil change for 9a.m. the next day,arrived 10 minutes early, greeted warmly, offered a beverage (they have a refrigerator with some coke products and water. Coffee is also available), and sat in the very nice, cozy waiting area and enjoyed their wifi while I waited. Oil change was done in about 45 minutes maybe a little less and the best part is that it cost me less than $60. I found that to be an excellent price considering I paid over a $125 for my last oil change at Strickland Bros. I will definitely be back at the Doc for my next oil change.

The Car Doctors team here on Jefferson Rd is fantastic. Craig and Cindy are always kind, transparent, and incredibly helpful. They always go through the details of any issue that needs fixing, and have shown pictures in the past to make sure I know exactly what is going on. The service on the car is always timely and it’s clear the entire team puts effort and care into doing the job right. The pricing is also very good, and even more so for the quality and customer service I get. I feel very taken care of by the team here and will continue to go here for all of my vehicle needs!

I should have listened to all the bad reviews. I will still praised the work of Chris and Jason did on my car in Nov and Dec of 2025 only to come back and get ripped off by these new people in the office who just charged 800 to clean up wires that they did not even connect up to the battery (bc I was having an issue with my battery.getting too much power) After I told her to send all info to me bc he doesnt understand the accept and decline processs she sent it it too him and I had to pay almost 900 to get the jeep back with the same issues with the battery We came here bc it was locally o and military owned but not anymore they lost a loyal veteran customer

Great service, the team really works to keep things running smoothly. Excellent communication with the technician, it's nice to be able to see what's going on with your car and hear the solutions instead of just reading it on an invoice after. My car is getting older, but I'll trust them to help keep it running for a long as it's able

First experience at Car Doctors. Oil change. Serpentine belt was discovered in need of replacement. Both were done. Very pleased with the level of attention and diagnosis of my car's needs. My car is over 20 years old and in need. I feel I can work with Craig and his team with my limited means to keep the wheels turning. They have quality standards and experience.
