Car ER

Had a check engine light diagnosed as a faulty evap canister. Got that replaced and the light came right back on. Then, they held my car for 4 days and did many tests to no conclusion. I eventually realized the gas cap was loose, which probably caused the light to come back on in the first place. Front desk lady was very sweet and thorough at explaining everything.

My son is a JMU student. His car battery died and CAR ER replaced it while he waited for a great price. Highly recommend.

We’ve tried a couple places in Harrisonburg for car repair and regular maintenance and (luckily) we haven’t needed any repairs since starting at Car ER, but they are very friendly, fast, and we love that it’s family run! Our go to for oil change!
