Working with Chad and Jay at the Car Factory was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. They are both down to earth guys, easy to visit with and work with!! I bought a Ford Transit Cargo Van from them that I’m going to build out into a camper van. They were both really interested in my project and genuinely excited for me and my future adventures. I give them both a 10/10…amazing, friendly, genuine guys!! Thank you both for helping me get started on my dream!! If you are looking for a used car, check with them first, I highly recommend!!!

I’ll start out with the fact that Jay was absolutely fantastic to work with and went out of his way to accommodate me! (446 miles one way and he came in on a Saturday to make the deal with me, as well as welcoming my mechanic uncle to come check it out! Even filling up the tank considering the mileage I drove!!! Significant because it’s a 36 gallon extended tank on an F-150!!) I made my purchase a month ago but wanted to give it time to make sure I could give an honest and genuine review. It has been nothing but an absolute dream and not a single hiccup in my month of ownership. Absolutely spotless and smelled like a brand new vehicle. I had been looking for multiple months and happened to come across the ad on Craigslist and was quite surprised because it was an incredible deal! Too good

Jay was amazing!! After wasting nearly 3 hours at Lithia Toyota and not being able to come to an agreement, I was very frustrated and defeated but was told to come see Jay and he was nothing short of great to work with and able to get me right where I needed to be and even had several options for me. Cody and Jay were super to work with on our purchase of a construction van! They were completely transparent about any dings and little repairs needed on the vehicle. They offered and did a thorough video walk around for me which was super helpful as we are 2 hours out of town and I really hated to waste a trip. They were great about going through the vehicle's features and very fair on price also. It was a super efficient and speedy transaction as they had prepared settlement documents ahead of time for me.
