I recently went to Carfix in Farragut for a routine oil change, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I pulled in, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on customer service. They greeted me right away, checked me in quickly, and made sure I understood what would be done before they got started. The team worked efficiently and kept me informed throughout the process without overwhelming me with unnecessary details or pressure. One thing I really appreciated was that they didn’t try to upsell me on services I didn’t need, something that’s all too common at a lot of places. Car Fix on Campbell Station Road is the only shop I trust with my vehicle. Wayne and Kaleb treat you as family. They have proven to be honest and have the upmost integrity. They provide education about their diagnosis and findings. Their service is above and beyond despite how large or small your car needs may be. They have serviced my vehicle for everything from oil changes and brake replacements to engine issues after being towed. I’ll continue bringing my vehicles here for all servicing. I encourage you to do the same.

I went in for a spark plug and cool pack change not only were they the cheapest, but they went above and beyond for me. When I got here I had a bolt in my tire. They fixed it for free and they put my car straight into the bay once I pulled up. Great people, great environment, very clean and professional. I recommend this place over any other place especially in the Area. If anything just go check them out. Kaleb that works at the front desk, made my experience so easy and stress-free other mechanics told me it would take five hours. It took less than an hour for them.

The sliding door on our van stopped working. It was an easy process to drop it off and pickup. They did all the work of communicating with our warranty to get it covered, which was just nice to have that task off my plate. Our door has been working great ever since! We’ll definitely go back for any other car issues we have.

I had used a mechanic for over 45 yrs and he retired. Dreaded finding someone new. Did a search and found nearby Car Fix w/great reviews. Called to make appt and Nathan was very kind and helpful. The office was very welcoming with a pleasant fragrance, very clean, had coffee/drinks, and TV. After a complete exam of my car I received a text from Nathan and Zach listing all the car's issues. Every issue listed was followed by pics and videos explaining each issue/part. I was truly shocked and impressed how comprehensive the full list was. I called Nathan and he was very helpful in guiding me to choose which I should do first. The staff did a great job on the many repairs. The parts and labor prices seemed very reasonable.
