Truck broke down while on trip from VA to OK. AAA+ covered my towing to Carfix at Oak Ridge, TN. Christian and the crew there were friendly, fast and accommodating while diagnosing and repairing my truck. This particular Carfix shop has rekindled my belief that there are still honest mechanics in this country. Thank you Christian and crew!!

I have heard great things about this shop. Hard to find honest shops these days. Had an alignment done. So far so good. Very friendly folks. No huge wait with an appointment.

I’ve been really impressed with CarFix in Oak Ridge. They recently worked on my 2016 Chrysler Town & Country and found a serious oil and coolant issue that could have easily turned into a blown engine if it hadn’t been diagnosed correctly. They took the time to explain what was going on, showed me what they found, and fixed the root cause — not just the symptoms. The work was thorough, professional, and well documented, and the pricing felt fair for the scope of the repairs. I also appreciate that they automatically log service records to CARFAX and help track maintenance going forward — that’s something I’ve never had with previous shops. Honest, knowledgeable, and professional. I’ll be continuing to use them and would recommend them without hesitation.

I had an alignment done on my truck here just a day or so ago, and my truck tracks perfectly now compared to before! And the service writers up front were all helpful and very nice as well. I will definitely be returning!
