CAR FIX Oak Ridge

Update: My 1997 F-250 had a bad steering column and parts are hard to find. The Car Fix boys found a replacement and now the truck drives like new. While there I also had them check out a pulley noise. Turns out the water pump was leaking and needed to be replaced. You get what you pay for folks! Great work again. I take all my vehicles to these guys. Brian, Chad and the team of great technicians are thorough and always do great work. Prices are reasonable and the customer service is top notch. I highly recommend this shop.

I couldn't be happier with my experience. Nathan was great to work with and kept me informed while my car was being repaired. They got me back on the road quickly, had great customer service, and were honest throughout the whole process. Biggest fear with mechanics is being overcharged for replacing parts that are perfectly fine. Nathan gave me the "worst case scenario" quote for all parts and labor before starting the work, and I was floored when I went to pick up my car and he informed me one of the parts quoted for repairs ended up being just fine, saving me hundreds of dollars. 10/10 would recommend.

Being a young female college student I was nervous about taking my car into a new repair shop. When I walked in I was greeted by Nathan and Chad at the front desk. They were super friendly and helpful which relieved my stress. They got my car in quickly and performed an oil change and safety inspection.

They advocated on my behalf, communicated directly with the warranty company, and guided me through the entire process. Their persistence, knowledge, and clear communication made what has been an extremely stressful situation much easier.
