CAR FIX Western Avenue

I felt taken advantage of by the person upfront. I’ve been here several times and have never been treated so poorly. I’m pretty sure he was a new employee as I’ve never seen him before at this location. Do you even back ground check your employees or teach them manners?? I will never return to this location.

Super easy to schedule with. They’ve helped me out plenty of times in a pinch, and they tend to advise me if they see any other irregularities with my vehicle during service (which helps with preventative maintenance). Staff is always super professional and nice!

Great experience! Carfix / Andrew did a pre purchase inspection on a Toyota 4Runner we were planning to purchase for my son. They were very thorough. Andrew personally walked me under the vehicle and reviewed it with me and made sure the report sent over was detailed. Will recommend Carfix in the future and plan to service my son’s 4runner with them in the future.
