The guys at Cars Guys are very knowledgeable and professional. Not too many shops in the Charleston area that specialize in foreign cars actually get the job done right and the first time! Doug ensured me he could handle my car and he absolutely did so and provided A-1 customer service through the entire service! I've had my car mid diagnosed twice and once from a major franchise shop here in the area! I recommend this shop to anyone with-in 100-150 mile radius.

We were recently visiting Charleston when our bimmer (a 2000 323ci) broke down and needed the fuel pump replaced. The car was towed to Car Guys of Charleston at 5pm on a Wednesday and we were hoping to leave town the following day. Car Guys were friendly, responsive, and efficient with the repair. The price was also reasonable. Thanks to them, what could have been a big vacation disaster was resolved relatively easily.

Best car buying experience I have ever had. Bought a 325I from here and they were very professional and effiecient. They handled everything, Doug was great, would highly recommend these Car Guys. This car was for my daughter, may come back next year for one for me.

Took my M3 to them after my starter went bad. Asked them for a new (not refurbished) starter. Warranty did not want to cover a new one (which they said they did and charged me for) but they did not. Got my car back with a damaged hood! The mechanic had shut it on a tool and out a dent in it / cracked the paint. Very noticeable. Was told several times that they would take care of it, or repair it. Never happened! For your sanity- make a wiser choice.

While driving from Florida to New York my water pump died and these guys took excellent care of me. Top notch service and professionalism. A+++
