We have purchased from a buy here pay here before and never had any issues. I got a vehicle out & that same day I drove it home the engine light turned on. Two days later the car overheated & they told my boyfriend it was MY fault that it overheated. TWO DAYS I had it & work 5 minutes from where I live, and don’t use it for anything else. There’s no way I overheated it. I had a mechanic look at it and he said that they put head gasket sealer instead of coolant & when they scanned it ALOT of codes came up. They picked up the vehicle and had it for 3 weeks when I called the manager and asked if we were still expected to pay for the first month since we only had it for two days. She said “yes because that’s what the warranty is for” I didn’t know that warranty is supposed to be put to use 2

Great experience, came in with a plan and left with a great vehicle. These guys know their cars & I’m happy doing business with them

Worst car lot to get a vehicle. Bought a 2013 dodge Durango from them have had problems since first week with transmission jerking when it’s transmission is cold and won’t take reverse when it’s transmission is warm. Taken it several times to get it fixed and always comes out the same. Last time I talked to Mr.Jesus he told me that if the truck didn’t get fixed he would trade it and now I guess the wind takes the words we talked. Now they want me to take it back but problem is it’s the only vehicle I have and don’t have another transportation for my kids school.

Shady practices on selling their vehicles. If vehicle breaks down they won't refund you even tho there's 2 weeks warranty on cars.i wouldn't recommend buying ANYTHING there. Go elsewhere.
