I highly recommend the Benton location when purchasing a vehicle from CarMart!! Lillian is AMAZING! She did an excellent job listening to my needs and finding a vehicle that was well within my budget. The vehicle I found wasn’t quite ready yet and Lillian promised to call me when it was ready. She kept that promise and called me the second it was brought around front to be put on the lot. Kyle was very easy to work with and made the process comfortable and straightforward. Lillian provided exceptional customer service to me. She is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and extremely helpful. She made the entire experience positive and stress-free for me! I had a wonderful experience after having trouble finding a new vehicle—this was by far the best! As soon as I entered the building, Tim was very welcoming and took me straight to his office to get right to work. He was straightforward and honest, and he helped get me into a new vehicle that I absolutely love. If you need a new car, go down to Car-Mart in benton and ask for Tim!
