The General Manager, Mindy, is the most genuine salesperson I’ve ever met! She went above and beyond for me. I have severe anxiety and she made me feel like I was talking to a long time friend. And the whole vibe there felt like home☺️ I love my new car! It is way nicer than I expected. If anyone needs a nice vehicle and your credit is not great please go see Mindy in Bixby! You won’t be disappointed!

The rest of the staff is wonderful but Mindy, the manager is very unprofessional, does not return phone calls and will leave you hanging in a situation and give you no help or guidance whatsoever. I was told that if I founded vehicle that I wanted at a different location, that they would pull from that car lot. So, I place two phone calls into Mindy, the manager, left two messages with the same person each time. I've never had issues before either. I've always paid on time, they've never had to come get my vehicle, this was all because I saw another car on a different lot and Mindy, got short and nasty with me because I wanted to go to a different lot and the only reason I wanted to go to a different lot was because of her!
